Orders & delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, and every order comes with full tracking.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As soon as yours is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on where you are in the world. Your tracking link will show the latest estimate for your order.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Tracking can take a day or two to update after a parcel is dispatched, especially on international routes. If it hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, get in touch and we'll chase it for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For some countries, local customs charges or import taxes may apply when your parcel arrives. These are set by your country's customs office, not by us.
Returns & problems
Can I return a toy?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Just contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
My toy arrived damaged or with a part missing. What now?
Sorry about that! Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right, free of charge.
My toy isn't working. Can you help?
Yes. First make sure it's fully charged (most of our toys are rechargeable), then get in touch with your order number and a short description or video of the problem and we'll help sort it.

How do you choose your toys?
We keep a close eye on what's going viral on TikTok and Instagram, then pick the toys that are genuinely fun, good quality and good value. If it's trending, we want it here.
What ages are your toys for?
Every product page shows the recommended age. Many of our toys aren't suitable for children under 3 because they contain small parts, so please check the warnings on each listing.
Do the toys need batteries?
Lots of our toys are rechargeable and come with a USB charging cable. Each product page tells you exactly what's included and how it's powered.
Do your toys make good gifts?
Absolutely. Viral toys are the gifts kids actually ask for. They're perfect for birthdays, Christmas and just-because surprises.
How often do you add new toys?
We add new viral drops regularly. Sign up to our emails at the bottom of the page to hear about them first.
